I have done a lot of communications training because I am lawyer specialising in workplace dispute resolution. The workshop I did with the Groupwork Institute was by far the most effective. They specialise in “facilitation” training which in practice intersects with leadership, collaboration, communication, conflict resolution and team development. There is a pressing need for up-skilling in these areas. In my experience, managers are keen to develop these skills, they wish their employees had these skills and employees wish that their managers had them too.
