
With a background in journalism, Jim works as a freelance writer, editor and facilitator. After completing his cadetship at the Sydney Morning Herald, he worked in major newsrooms including The Australian, The Age and ABC Radio as well as for indigenous broadcasters and regional newspapers.
Jim’s interest in facilitation began ten years ago in the Australian Greens. He specialises in collaborative decision-making, big and tricky decisions, conflict resolution and strategic planning – and the joy of making a meeting into a great experience.
