Henry’s keen interest in facilitation began in 2010 as a leader in Australia’s largest poverty awareness campaign while studying at the University of Tasmania (B.Eng (Hons) MBA). He has since applied his facilitation skills as a project manager, facilitator and educator, on projects both locally and internationally in Australia, Africa, Europe and North America. He has worked for a variety of organizations from not for profits and local government departments to schools and universities.
Henry is an engaging and down to earth group facilitator and educator who believes impactful facilitation and leadership comes from the inside out, with self-awareness being our key ally to develop emotional resilience and effectively relate to others.
Henry’s also a certified teacher of the Open Floor Movement Practice and co-founder and facilitator of Common Roots – an organisation creating innovative embodied leadership and movement-based Rites of Passage programs, building community and well-being using movement, dance, mindfulness, ritual and the arts.
