Our emotional resilience training gives people the capacity to be ‘bold’ – to speak up, to share ideas, take risks and use their full potential.  It gives us greater strength to appropriately respond to pressures and challenges and helps build robust, collaborative relationships. Our experience shows that emotional resilience is vital to maximise effective workplace performance.

The essence of emotional resilience is to be courageous with compassion, both to ourselves and others.

In the Groupwork Centre’s model we say there are seven building blocks of our emotional resilience training course. The most important of these is our self awareness (including an awareness of others) and self-care. This short course will explore both of these building blocks in detail.
