  • Tricky conversations

    Length 1-2 days

    What do you do when somebody is visibly upset or when a meeting is disrupted by over-powering behaviour? This course helps you build the skills to more confidently tackle challenging and tricky situations – in groups and in one-to-one interactions. Participants practise a set of microskills that subtly but powerfully shift conversations, increasing engagement and achieving better outcomes for all.

  • From conflict to collaboration

    Length: 2 days

    Learn a simple model for managing ‘hot spots’ and conflict, boost your self-awareness and resilience, and refine communication skills to navigate disagreement and differences.

    When managed constructively, conflict can be the engine room for powerful learning, and often brings about transformational change.

  • Supervision and performance management

    Length: 2 days

    Develop the confidence to have the conversations you need to have. High-quality supervision helps leaders catch team issues early, give staff the support they need and help them develop their skills. This training offers a straightforward and effective supervision process that both supervisor and supervisee can benefit from.

  • How to do strategic planning

    Length: 1-2 days

    Achieving your goals is hit and miss without a workable strategy. We can help your organisation put together a plan that starts with the big picture, why you are here, and drills down to specific actions to ensure you are on target to achieve your aims. Our systematic approach dovetails neatly with operational plans and individual work areas.
