To help you navigate this time of uncertainty, in this workshop we will share stories of change, explore the change process and help you understand and learn from your own experiences.

Change can be unsettling, scary, exciting, frustrating, motivating, anxiety causing. Especially at this time when there is so much out of our control and so much we need to be adapting to, it can get overwhelming.
We are offering this interactive online workshop to support you in this time of continual change that we are all experiencing. The purpose of this workshop is to share stories, explore change and learn from our current experience.
By the end of the workshop you will have:
- A deeper understanding of how you respond to change
- Created a map of your personal journey when change happens
- Developed strategies to help you manage your responses when change happens
- Identified how you can positively influence your communities around you (family, friends, work, neighbours)
- Developed strategies for being more resilient of future changes
The workshop will be held on zoom, facilitated in an engaging and inclusive way. The cost includes a supporting booklet.
There are 8 places in this workshop, to keep the space small and intimate.

Refund Policy
Upon enrolment, you agree to the cost of this course. All course fees are to be paid prior to the course commencement date.
A 100% refund of the fees paid will be given when we receive notice of your cancellation more than one calendar month prior to the commencement date. If a cancellation is received within the calendar month prior to the commencement date, and your place within the course can be replaced, your fees will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. If your place cannot be filled then your course fee will be forfeited.
