Go to a deeper level in your facilitation and leadership – and support people to contribute their best.
A masterclass to deepen your facilitation and leadership skills
Bring out the best version of yourself.
Leading and facilitating others is exciting, rewarding and challenging – and it requires energy, skill and focus.
You need to be ready for anything – and the more prepared you are in yourself, the better you’re able to do this well.
Take time out with us for a highly stimulating four days in a nurturing environment. Go for a deep dive into your work with others, strengthening the skills you’re already using and exploring your potential.
What stops you from being fully empowered in your work?
We help you get in touch with what holds you back as a facilitator and leader. With our support, you can expand your self-awareness and understand your triggers when dealing with individuals and groups.
We help you create the space for your transformation; this is connected to who you are as a person, not just techniques to apply at work. It’s about you being your true self, deepening your capacity for working with and leading people.
Our learning input is orientated towards your learning needs. We welcome your particular challenges and aspirations into our time together, using sociodrama and other action techniques to practice your skills and understanding.
Benefits of participating in our deep dive include maxising your capacity to:
- manage challenging behaviour, and stand by those experiencing pain or anger
- help people open up to others’ views or generate their own new ideas
- foster a sense of safety and belonging to allow people to be their best
- support people to have courageous conversations, particularly when they are experiencing strong emotions
- reduce frustration and save time and money through clear design, planning and preparation
- work well with diversity, rank and power without shaming
- make groupwork more engaging and dynamic
- become a more effective collaborator in decision-making for greater ownership and impact.
We know you already have skills and experience in facilitation and leadership. With this training, you can go deeper in your work with people.
Effective collaboration with others requires you to have a greater understanding of yourself at all levels; personal, political and spiritual. Here’s your opportunity to step up.
Who is this for?
This deep dive is for you if your role includes being responsible for others, leading in a group or team setting – from personal meetings to project or campaign sessions.
It will be of particular interest if you’d love to do our popular Advanced Diploma of Group Facilitation, but can’t commit to a full-year course.
Why with us?
Our emphasis on emotional resilience is a key point of difference in doing this deeper work with us. It helps you handle challenges much more effectively, to be ready to step in and stand by individuals, the group or yourself. It helps develop greater self-compassion – a springboard for the ability to hear and understand each other.
Our Senior Associates Sarah Norton and Steve Ray use their extensive experience and capacity to hold an environment where the dynamics of the group can flourish. This provides you with reflections and genuine feedback from your peers which, together with specific in-session coaching, can open up powerful new insights about how you operate.
We train you in more than technique: we support you to strengthen your courage to intervene and equalise power in the room, so your participants are free to focus on their goals, not the dynamics.
We offer an enjoyable learning environment, with delicious meals, light-filled training rooms and leafy outdoor spaces.
This is a well-supported emotional learning adventure, to rearrange your internal landscape – which is why we can say you’ll never be the same again.
