Uschi is passionate about the power of creativity, courageous communication and collaboration. Her working history encompasses community development and engagement, public relations, journalism and tertiary teaching.
Within these roles Uschi has worked for local government in Victoria, run her own businesses, volunteered in the Philippines for grass-roots organization Bahay Tuluyan, written for various publications and tutored at Deakin University in Victoria.
As a practicing artist and movement teacher, Uschi also deeply appreciates the wisdom of our bodies and the power of creative practice. In her work as a facilitator and trainer, she therefore seeks to blend dialogue, creativity and movement to create safe spaces that foster innovative action, open expression and understanding.
