Liz has spent over 20 years in professional roles dedicated to achieving positive social and environmental outcomes. She has worked with a broad variety of Australian and international organisations across business, government, educational and non-profit sectors.
Liz completed the Groupwork Institute Advanced Diploma of Group Facilitation in 2008. She still considers it some of the most significant ‘life learning’ she has ever done. These groupwork skills were foundational to Liz successfully undertaking an Endeavour Executive Award action research project in Delhi for the 2010 Commonwealth Games. On returning to Australia in 2011, she then founded her own social change facilitation, training and communications consultancy.
Liz is deeply committed to ‘learning by doing’ and assisting groups to unlock their own wisdom through thoughtful and practical processes. She is inspired by strengths-based, collaborative approaches to change and believes there is much we can accomplish when we’re guided by hope, compassion and love.
Liz has a particular passion for helping women and young people do good things for the planet and its people.
