Daryl Hergt has worked extensively in the private and Not-For-Profit sectors over the past 25 years. His broad experience covers retail, mining, manufacturing, transport and financial services. He has held positions from Strategic Planning to Division Manager and Director for private sector companies in financial services and information technology. Notably, Daryl has extensive experience working at senior levels with Chairman and Board members.
Daryl has been active in the sports not-for profit sector being either President or a member of the Committee of several sailing and outdoor sporting bodies. This work has involved working in partnership with local communities, local councils and the Victorian State Government.
Daryl has been working with the Groupwork Institute since 2013. He is active in the Victorian facilitation community and runs educational and learning facilitation events. He is passionate about giving back and making a positive difference in community using his skills and experience.
